Last updated 29 June 2026 · applies to ndgm.co.uk
These terms govern your use of the NDGM website at ndgm.co.uk. They are not the terms under which we provide the NDGM platform — use of the platform is governed by a separate written subscription agreement (our Master Services Agreement, available on request).

7. The subscription agreement governs the service
Where there is any conflict between these website terms and your signed subscription agreement in relation to the platform, the subscription agreement prevails.
